Philosophy

"After spending over 8 years litigating family law cases and seeing what the litigation process can do to a family I decided to leave the practice of law and focus on mediating disputes.  I feel that dispute resolution through mediation is a much more appropriate, humane and family friendly process for dealing with the issues raised in domestic relations disputes.  Mediation is also a more sensible and cost-effective way to resolve business and other civil disputes.  In mediation the parties, rather than a Judge, control the outcome.  Why should you leave these important decisions up to someone who doesn’t really know you,  your family, your business or your situation?"
